Receipt Control
The customer is responsible for entering accurate information when making a purchase.
Purchase Receipts
The QR codes sent via email to the address provided by the customer will serve as purchase receipts and will allow access to the service.
The tickets and can be used any day, regardless of the date selected at the time of purchase.
Once the client boards the bus for the first time, a 24-hour period begins during which he or she can use the service freely with a contactless card that will be provided to him or her and the QR code becomes invalid.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable.
Child Policy
Children aged 4 and under travel for free. They must be accompanied by an adult and do not have a right to a seat.
Insurance
Clients who require medical attention will be assisted by Española Móvil.
Restrictions
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the buses.
- For safety reasons, no client is allowed to stand on the upper deck while the bus is in motion.
- No client may consume alcoholic beverages inside the buses.
- No client may damage the buses.
- It is prohibited to board the bus without a shirt.
- The company is not responsible for expenses or damages caused by delays in departure, arrival, or interruptions during the journey due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Cients must observe basic rules of decorum and respect both inside the vehicles and towards the internal furniture, fellow clients, pedestrians, other vehicles, buildings, and urban furniture in the city.
The company reserves the right to deny admission and continued presence of any client and may even initiate legal action against any behavior that poses a danger or nuisance to other clients or company staff, as well as for damage to the bus and equipment.
Electric scooters, bikes, or any other personal mobility vehicles (except for electric wheelchairs) are not allowed on board the bus.
Bus schedules can be consulted at each stop and on board the bus. However, it is recommended to use the website/app to access real-time information. Please note that the service operates in shared traffic conditions.
The company is not responsible for changes due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control.
The company reserves the right to change departure terminals and schedules without prior notice and to reroute or cancel stops when necessary.
The company is not responsible for changes made by sponsors or partners in their discount offers. Discounts are applicable during the current calendar year.
The company reserves the right of admission.
The company is not responsible for lost or abandoned items inside the bus.
Group seating cannot be guaranteed; it will depend on seat availability on board.
